Resort is undergoing a total renovation. 48 units are complete, 60 units to be complete in 11/04, and the last 60 units will be complete in 3/05. The renovated 2BR/2bath and 3BR/3bath units feature a TV/VCR in the master bedroom, TV/DVD in the lockout, large screen TV/DVD surround sound system in the living room, screened porch, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffee maker, washer/dryer, and safes in each room for a fee. High speed Internet service available. 2 BR OCC: max 6 with King bed, 1 twin bed with twin trundle-not attached, and 1 sleep sofa. 3BR OCC: max 8 persons - 2 King beds, 1 Twin bed with 1 twin trundle (not attached) and 1 sleep sofa.

NO PETS allowed on resort premises. Security deposit of US$200 required at check-in payable by credit card imprint. Check-in 4PM. Check-out at 10AM. Please notify Resort if you anticipate a late arrival. Parking is available for one car per unit.

All buildings are 3 floors with NO ELEVATOR. An RCI rep is on site once a week for 1 on1 consultation. Check with concierge to schedule an appointment. IMPORTANT: YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO CHECK IN.
