Learn More About This Page ::
Are
all your holidays just for golfers?
Certainly not! Because our background is golf we began providing
holidays to locations where we could give clients the option of
playing golf. In addition to the green fee packages we have put
together there are also spa packages / ski packages available
and we also provide passes for tourist attractions such as Disney
World. The main thing to bear in mind is we initially provide
accommodation and provide the option for you to have add - ons
such as golf, spa, skiing etc.
Can you explain the star ratings for accommodation?
Our supplier The RCI Holiday Network classifies its accommodation
by the way or three or four stars. Four star deluxe is often compared
to five star accommodation. It is well worth noting that the quality
of all the accommodation is of the highest standard and many of
the resorts are classified as RCI Golf Crown Resorts or RCI Resorts
of International Distinction.
What is meant by 'Check In Date'?
All accommodation consists of weekly (seven day) bookings running
for the most part from Saturday to Saturday but also during weekdays.
You do not have to stay for an entire week however all accommodation
prices are based on a week-long reservation of the apartments.
Is a minimum requirement of people necessary to make a booking?
No. Obviously the more people you have staying in an apartment
the more money you will save! It is however worth noting that
all the accommodation has a maximum requirement for each apartment
depending on whether you are booking a studio or a one / two /
three bedroom apartment.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Accommodation availability can vary from as near as 48 hours prior
to travel to an entire year. Make sure you leave your e-mail details
so we can let you know of any special offers and availability
throughout the year thus giving you plenty of time to book!
What is NOT included in the apartment price?
In addition to the price for the weekly rental of your apartment
you will be responsible for your travel expenses, holiday insurance,
local taxes, meals, security deposits (most resorts require a
refundable security deposit at check - in), and any fees charged
by the resort for optional amenities or services such as jet ski
rental etc. Some resorts charge additional rates for electricity
so please check all the relevant details before making your booking.
In addition to the accommodation do you provide discount air fare
& car hire packages? Because there are many options available
regarding flights and car hire we have not made booking these
services through Matrix Golf Holidays a prerequisite. We do however
provide flights and car hire outside our standard packages as
through the RCI Holiday Network we have access to a great range
of travel products at very competitive rates. More information

How do I complete a search?
Select a Destination, Area or Resort method, open the pull-down
menu, highlight the location you are interested in, then click
"Search." The Search Results will display all units,
check-in dates, and resorts that are available. It is as easy
as that!
How
do I make a reservation?
You can either make a reservation by telephone or via e-mail.
You will need a credit card together with the date you wish
to travel and the number of people traveling with you. If you
are purely booking accommodation with us make sure you check
on flight availability prior to making the booking. All requests
for golf, spa treatments, skiing and resort passes for Disney
world etc must be made via e-mail. If ever in doubt simply submit
an enquiry form and your questions / requests will be answered
by return.
What is the check - in procedure?
Once a booking has been confirmed we will send you a confirmation
letter. This letter will need to be presented upon your arrival
at the resort. In the unlikely event that you experience a problem
during check-in at the resort, immediately call the RCI Support
staff phone number printed on the bottom of your confirmation
letter and they will assist you with resolving any problem that
might occur.
